My journey started in HR and talent acquisition/recruiting, where I spent over 9 years helping companies find top talent and reviewing 9,000+ resumes. I’ve worked with multi-million-dollar companies, led recruitment teams, and trained professionals in career development. But my passion for gaming and storytelling led me to create Dellyn Digital, a platform where I merge career coaching with gaming concepts to help job seekers level up.

In October 2023, I launched Dellyn Digital to teach job seekers how to navigate the job market with a video game twist. But after an unexpected Halloween layoff in 2024, I put my own strategies to the test and landed a new role in just 80 days, while simultaneously growing my business, helping clients and volunteering in the gaming community.
